What you’ll do Job title: Operations & Service Integration Manager Location: Newbury The IT Platforms Operations Delivery team provides critical Global solutions and IT services to the entire Vodafone Plc business with a core focus on end-to-end accountability for Corporate IT Platforms and a portfolio of business applications supporting key business units of Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal & External Affairs, Shared Service centre and Group BI. As the Operations & Service Integration Manager, you will contribute to this goal by owning the operational delivery for stable services and Operations transformation. Your responsibilities will include: • Maintain stability of assigned critical services • Own Operations model transformation in line with Hilton project • Liaise between CSO (offshore Operations) and Lean Corporate Services Versus to build an effective operational service in line with business units’ strategy • Analyze complex issues and manage related IT improvements across local market and Group IT • Lead continuous improvement program for assigned services • Being accountable for the achievement of the Operational SLAs for assigned services • Ensure sustainable operations by designing and managing transformation model with effective entry and exit criteria • Own relationship with central business unit and local market for end-to-end management of the assigned service • Lead continuous improvement program for assigned services. Who you are • Proven ability and experience in managing offshore teams and delivering through others • Proven stakeholder management experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders • Deep understanding of current SAP technology stack (HANA, S4) • ITIL 4 Specialist Create, Deliver and Support certification Not a perfect fit?
