A larger than average, fast paced primary school in Cleveleys are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their hard working staffing team. The successful applicant will work with a number of SEN students identified with SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health) on both a 1:1 and group basis. The appointed teaching assistant will be responsible for looking after the well being of the students in their care, whilst gaining continual support from the school SENCO and senior leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEN and will have outstanding inter-personal skills. You will need to be patient and sensitive with the ability to encourage and motivate children as well as being able to work effectively as part of a team.
