Job Summary

Duties
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
* Oversee food preparation and production processes to guarantee quality and consistency.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
* Assist in training new team members on kitchen procedures and best practices.
* Collaborate with management to develop menus and special offerings.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Address any customer concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and growth.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in food preparation, bartending, or hospitality roles within a restaurant setting.
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Previous experience in supervising or managing a team is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
