Day to day duties include:
1. Liaise with Pre-con, and Construction teams to build-up and review Tenders
2. Evaluate and act upon tender information and develop an appropriate bid/procurement strategy with other members of the team
3. Obtaining quotes and Procurement of materials, suppliers & sub-contractors
4. Prepare BQs and Take-offs
5. Prepare and deliver CVR’s to Senior Management
6. Project Cost Control
7. Manage Project specific financials, from reviewing contracts to Final account stage.
8. Deal with contractual and legal matters that arise on the projects
9. Liaise with clients on a regular basis to secure future projects
