Neathouse Partners is a growing regulatory consultancy, known for providing businesses with outsourced HR, Employment Law, and Health & Safety support – all delivered through a 1-2-1, fully managed service model.
Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we’re expanding our Health & Safety offering and are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join our team. It’s a great time to come on board and be part of a business that is investing in its people, clients, and services.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with your own portfolio of clients, delivering practical, tailored advice. You’ll carry out full site audits, produce all required documentation to ensure legal compliance, and provide ongoing support.
Our in-house software platform makes managing your caseload easier and more efficient, so you can focus on delivering high-quality advice.
The role can be remote, hybrid, or based in our office – but you’ll need to be flexible to travel nationally as required.
What We’re Looking For
* You will hold the NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent Level 6 or higher qualification in health and safety.
* You will have a proven track record in delivering health and safety advice, ideally in a consultancy or advisory capacity.
* You should be confident in applying practical, commercially focused solutions tailored to each client.
* Experience within the construction or health and social care sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.
* An understanding of ISO standards (such as ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001), or experience with Principal Designer duties, would be advantageous.
* You must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel to client sites across the UK.
What You’ll Get
* Competitive salary (£32k–£40k depending on experience)
* Employee Assistance Programme from day one
* Private Medical Insurance following successful completion of probation
* Opportunity to work with a varied client base across multiple sectors
* Supportive team environment with autonomy and flexibility
* A growing business with a strong reputation and clear direction
