Business Assurance and Development Admin Apprentice
Summary
We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our Business Assurance and Development Team as an Administrative Apprentice. Providing administrative support to the team, helping to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently by undertaking tasks delegated by the Business Assurance and Development Officer.
Annual wage £12,480 a year
Annual pay awards in line with cost of living / NMW requirements.
Training course: Business administrator (level 3)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm. 37 hours a week
Possible start date: Monday 13 January
Duration: 1 year 9 months

What you'll do at work
1. Administration: Provide administrative support to help our team achieve its goals.
2. Data & Frameworks: Assist with monitoring and maintaining assurance and development frameworks by inputting data accurately.
3. Inbox Management: Supporting with incoming emails and correspondence, forwarding them to the right people and responding appropriately.
4. Report Preparation: Assist in preparing and sharing reports on compliance, governance, and assurance topics.
5. Organise Meetings: Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, booking rooms, and preparing necessary paperwork.
6. General Support: Support with day-to-day tasks, including photocopying and filing.
7. Meeting Attendance: Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to support the team.
8. Any other duties: Provide support as requested.
