Location: Cleckheaton (Client is moving office to Birstall)
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000pa with package
About The Role
Smart City currently working with a build and maintenance telecom infrastructure contractor based in the Cleckheaton area.
We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to be part of our clients’ telecoms team covering the project across the UK, based out of their Cleckheaton office.
What will you be doing?
Working directly with our clients’ engineers collecting data AFP’s and making sure that the information is precise and correct against a set programme and for each location.
As Project Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be:
Programme Coordination
* Maintain and distribute accurate whereabouts whilst also cross-referencing training matrix to ensure competency onsite, any missing info to be reported back to Managers.
* Process information received via completions and AFP info are completed correctly within the designated timeframe, agreed and verified by supervisors and Managers with appropriate documentation sign off.
* Meeting operational targets set by the management team by adhering to the HGC policies, standards and values, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, systems and quality
* With the support of the management team, covering of other Coordination roles where required by the business to complete business activities by demonstrating flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges within reason and with proper training and support.
* Liaising with supervisors and build managers to obtain verification of measures and SPO evidence where required and processed accordingly.
* Distributing the forecasted plan to all internal and external labour based on underpinned resource allocation related to the projected plan inclusive of any alterations.
* Monitoring Generic email in-boxes where required and processing or responding accordingly.
* Attending Regular Project meeting internally to be set specific tasks related to Engineering productivity and executing them with an agreed time frame.
What competencies are we looking for?
* Anyone involved with Telecoms and Civils coordination
* Previous experience working within a projects team.
* Optimus System experience
* Strong administrative skills.
