Our client, a franchise approved commercial vehicle dealer group with multiple sites nationwide, are currently looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant for their busy Westbury head office on a 6 month full-time contract.
Your key responsibilities as a purchase ledger assistant will include:
* Making supplier payments.
* Answering supplier phone calls and emails.
* Processing and scanning daily invoices.
* Statement reconciliations.
* Covering Team member roles when required.
* Dealing with company vehicle penalty charges.
* Any general ad-hoc duties.
