Key Requirements: Ideally experience of working within a Local Government or Social Care environment with a strong understanding business process and Social Care related Systems. Ability to develop Form Templates within Mosaic. Experience of working within system analysis and design with proven experience of providing recommendations and providing solutions to problems to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services. Experience of working within both a Dev/Ops environment and working within ITIL aligned environment with a strong understanding of change management and governance. The purpose of the role is to support the delivery of Social Care transformation activity at the council through the review and identification of Mosaic system efficiencies, and the design of new and improved workflows/ forms. Key Responsibilities: Analysing statistical data, Mosaic process mapping and documenting work flows to identify pain points and efficiency improvements. Compiling trends, performance reports and case worker insight, ensuring all of this is used to develop business-focussed solutions. Translating operational needs into processes, scripts and information requirements. To build strong working relationships with stakeholders in order to inspire confidence and co-operation in project delivery. Supporting service areas to design a user-friendly, practice-based system to enable better recording and usage of Social Care database for statutory, operational and financial reporting. Working with the Council’s IT team to execute tests of upgraded systems prior to release to user acceptance testing Working with the Council’s IT team to ensure that proposed changes ensure integrity and security of the system whilst also advising operational colleagues on Mosaic functionality.
