Our client is a well-established firm within the textile company, currently seeking a friendly & professional member for their customer service team.
Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm, Friday 8.30am-1pm
The role:
* Liaising with customers via email & telephone.
* Processing & inputting orders.
* Management & organisation of deliveries.
* Monthly customer reports.
* General office administration.
About you:
* 1+ years in an administration or customer service role.
* Proficiency with MS Office.
* Previous experience in the textiles industry is advantageous.
