Contact Centre Advisor
Temporary 3 month contract
7 hours per day
Based in Pitsea
£13.22 per hour
Responsibilities:
Dealing with calls from tenants, processing rental payments, housing queries, booking repairs.
Required Experience:
1. Experience of working in a similar environment, e.g., working within an office that supports commercially focused services.
2. Self-motivated, flexible, and resourceful.
3. Able to work to tight deadlines.
4. Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
5. Ability to prioritise heavy workloads.
6. Commitment to operate in a customer-focused environment.
7. Good team player.
8. Intermediate to advanced level with IT skills, especially MS Word and Excel.
9. Experience of working in an administration/secretarial role.
10. Good standard of written English.
11. Self-discipline, with demonstrably good time management skills and the ability to manage several priorities.
12. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
13. Professional and pleasant manner in dealing with internal and external customers.
14. Excellent telephone skills.
