If so, you might be the perfect candidate for this role. We are looking for Waking Night Health and Social Care Workers, to work in our Supported Living and Respite services. Working through the night you will provide care and support to people with complex needs including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and physical disabilities. This varied and rewarding role will involve providing person centred and bespoke care and support, supporting people to engage in opportunities that are meaningful to them, this includes providing dignified personal care You will be required to work flexibly across any of the Adult Provider Services locations throughout the borough. You will join a friendly team, training and ongoing support is provided. The post is subject to enhanced hours payments. An enhanced DBS check will be undertaken.
