We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team and work closely with the Head of E-Commerce. In this role, you will play a vital part in executing strategic online merchandising initiatives that enhance product performance, streamline the customer journey, and drive commercial growth across our digital platforms. With your strong analytical mindset and organisational expertise, you’ll lead the planning and execution of innovative merchandising strategies that align with our business goals and reflect seasonal trends.
You’ll oversee key projects from conception to completion, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise site performance, refine visual merchandising, and improve processes to ensure seamless functionality. Your deep understanding of customer behaviour will inform actions that boost conversion rates, increase sales, and support the achievement of team KPIs, making you an integral part of our e-commerce success. It will suit a person with a background and interest in digital trade.
Key Responsibilities:
Data-Driven Product Strategy:
* Support with OTB (Open-to-Buy) & OTS (Open-to-Sell) strategies: analyse product performance pre and in-market (sell-through, sell-out, rate of sale per key product clusters etc.).
* Identify emerging trends in season to further unlock the commercial opportunities.
* Leverage in house reporting systems to identify areas of opportunity to further grow digital business; analyse trade weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly and report on dynamic merchandising activities to maximise sales & sell-through as well as engagement.
* Seasonally analysing taxonomy performance, presenting data and strategic recommendations to the Head of E-commerce and digital partners to continuously drive and refine customer journeys.
Customer-Centric Optimisation:
* Flawless execution of site content updates to support trade activity, ensure product listings, descriptions, and visual assets are merchandised optimally for conversions.
* Set up promotional activity and action on-site optimisation, campaign content and new upcoming digital projects.
* Keep the website fresh and relevant by updating collections and homepage banners in line with the brand’s tone and seasonality.
* Ensure all site updates and launch test kits are completed and accurate. Any action points to be communicated, tickets to be raised and adjustments to be made in a timely manner.
* Continuously improve the customer journey by A/B testing site layouts, filters, and product recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Partner with the marketing team to align merchandising strategies with promotional campaigns, newsletters, and social media activations.
* Work with the operations team to monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocks.
* Collaborate with the design teams to forecast demand and determine which products to prioritise in seasonal campaigns.
* Support product launches by ensuring smooth and timely rollouts across the site.
