Sales and Events Manager We are excited to commence the search in Liverpool for a Sale & Events Management who is as passionate about hospitality and driving business demand as we are. You’ll be the brand champion driving local brand awareness, partnerships and networking to ensure we deliver on budget and targets. This role will be responsible for managing the entire client journey of large parties and being the main point of contact. This includes organising show arounds, client meetings, putting together proposals, briefing the restaurant and bar teams and follow ups with guests’ post-event. Responsibilities included: Directly reporting to the Business Development Manager and supporting Head of Sales to deliver required initiatives, demand, sales, and events. Assist with developing sales & marketing strategies for groups, private dining & events Possess a true passion for the industry and hospitality and showcase the Hawksmoor brand and culture on a local basis. Assistance with programming brand events, pop ups, seasonal events, events showcase and expos Supporting the BD to establishing and manage brand appropriate partnerships to promote the sales of events and private dining. Possess a solid understanding of Liverpool and of local area surrounding our restaurant, driving awareness via hotels, bars, theatres, tourist attractions, building strong relationships and networking Entertain and be socially engaged, hosting your guests and clients, and ensuring they have the best possible experience and convert to repeat diners. Knowledge of competitor set & trends, and ensuring you have your finger on the pulse in the industry so that we are ahead of the curve with regards to the mark Knowledge In TripleSeat, Collins, ZenDesk and other events listings would be a plus.
