We are now on a mission to simplify our MI offerings. The overarching aim of the MI Simplification is to streamline and optimise the creation, processing, and presentation of MI to enhance data-driven decisions. The project focuses on reducing complexity, eliminating redundant data/reports, and standardising reporting formats while ensuring information accuracy and relevance. By adopting new technology and data reporting opportunities, the initiative seeks to provide stakeholders with clear, actionable insights, reduce reporting time, and improve overall organisational agility. This will then allow us to transition into an insight orientated team working in collaboration with our key stakeholders to shape the performance storytelling. An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Sales & Agency MI Team for a high calibre MI Analyst. Your expertise in data analysis and reporting is demonstrated through your experience in presenting and communicating management information effectively to a range of stakeholders. You have a proven track record of delivering resolutions to data-driven queries or requests, and you possess knowledge of Power BI. Additionally, knowledge of SQL is desirable, enhancing your ability to manipulate and analyse complex data sets As well as the above you’ll: Excel in effective communication, ensuring clear and concise information sharing. Possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to interpret and utilize data effectively. Maintain a customer-focused approach, always considering the needs and requirements of your clients.
