Accounts Assistant - Part time (3 days a week - 25 hours per week)Waltham Cross / hybrid£30,000p/a - £32,000 pro rata (initial 6 month FTC) Our client is currently restructuring the business and needs extra support in the small finance team for an initial 6 month period. The ideal candidate will have all around accounts experience and have a 'handson' attitude. It could suit a parent returning to work Duties will include: Purchase Ledger: Posting of purchase ledger invoices, including coding and authorisation. Resolving queries in an efficient manner Bank reconciliations Cash-book Document scanning of all invoices onto the system. Sales Ledger: Raise sales invoices on a daily basis. Credit Control: Assist in chasing of debt and reconciling accounts. Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as required. Other key elements will include the ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly. You will also need experience of using excel and other office-based functions.
