Applebridge Utilities is a Multi Utility contractor situated in the North East of England and Yorkshire regions. Applebridge Utilities works closely with its sister division ‘Applebridge Construction’ which allows for the installation of road, sewers, plot works, new mains, services, and metering to all be managed seamlessly together by one contractor. Standing out from competitors, their uniquely collaborative approach means they are one of the few companies that can offer true multi-utility provision via a premium utility services package.

2. Obtaining information to manage the legal process associated with firm designs on accepted jobs i.e. self-lay agreements, NAV licences, wayleaves for sub stations, gas governors and 3rd party land access.
3. Working closely with DNO’s such as NPG, NGN, NWL, Anglian Water, Yorkshire Water as well as various IDNO’s such as (but not limited to) Last Mile, Energy Assett and ESP.
4. Coordinating the supporting construction team and managing all design and legal approvals.
5. Working closely with the design team and feeding design information back to pre-construction for pricing and commercial team on firm jobs.
6. Oversee design variations and managing client updates on design and legal status.
7. Ensuring all necessary systems are in place for managing meter booking for MPANs and MPRNs.
They are looking for an industry professional, with a proven track record in Utilities/Engineering. The successful candidate is likely to already be operating in a similar management capacity, including the management of construction support teams, and overseeing Client relations.
A collaborative mindset is at the heart of Applebridge’s success; they pride themselves on the strong relationships they have built with both clients and staff. As a group of highly motivated professionals, they aim to be the best at what they do, and it is essential that candidates are similarly inclined – in return, they can offer an exciting opportunity to work, grow and thrive in an environment that will challenge, support, and reward you for your dedication.
