Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in hotel reception management within a luxury hotel setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a reception team effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and build lasting relationships. Strong upselling and sales ability to maximise revenue through room upgrades, services, and promotions. Ability to maintain high service standards, manage guest complaints, and resolve issues efficiently. A proactive, hands-on approach, with a commitment to leading by example.
