Hours: Full time
Salary: up to £36.05 per hour / £75,000 per year (based on 40 hours)

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the day to day running of all aspects of the home.
2. Build and manage a motivated team to deliver quality care and support.
3. Responsible for financial management and compliance of the home.
4. Overall responsibility for managing all direct reports and ensuring statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations are met.
5. Driving occupancy in the home.
6. Implementing policies and procedures.
7. Manage recruitment and training of the team; ensuring training targets are met.
8. Manage rotas and ensure correct team member levels and skill mix within the home.
9. Lead, support, empower and inspire direct reports to deliver outcomes.
10. Ensure alignment with the company's visions and values.
11. Build relationships and communicate with residents, relatives, and external stakeholders.
12. Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
13. Meet all regulatory and statutory requirements and adhere to company policies.
14. Action requirements from internal and external audits within required timescales.
Experience Required:
1. Nurse qualified, with live NMC Pin.
2. A minimum of 2 years proven management experience in a 100+ bed nursing home for the Elderly.
3. NVQ Level 4/5 in Leadership & Management.
4. Established leadership skills.
5. Knowledge of CQC and local authority requirements.
6. Strong commercial awareness with P&L accountability.
7. Satisfactory DBS Check and employment references.
