The Role
1. Develop the knowledge and skills of the workforce.
2. Create and manage the communications plan.
3. Design and implement a learning and organisational development function aligned with business objectives.
4. Collaborate with HR on organisational development initiatives, including policy and cultural development.
5. Enhance skills and support individuals in reaching their potential, contributing to employee satisfaction, and aiding in the attraction and retention of a quality workforce.
6. Develop annual training plans in line with Group standards to support the growth of the business, making best use of resources and budget.
7. Produce training material for in-house courses ranging from HSE to HR and Operational.
8. Work with HR-on-HR initiatives including policy and culture.
