gap healthcare is looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant for our Peterborough office. You will be working alongside a team of professionals specialised in Health and Social Care Temporary and Permanent Recruitment.

What you need in order to be successful as a Recruitment Consultant:
1. Previous experience in a similar role
2. Thorough understanding of the recruitment industry
3. Ideally experience in recruitment for Health and Social Care
4. Strong negotiating and selling skills
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. You need to be able to drive and have access to own car
Responsibilities:
1. Actively source and qualify candidates
2. Build and maintain relationships with current and prospect clients
3. Looking after a temp desk and managing the client's needs and expectations
4. Supporting the team with payroll and on call duties on a rotating schedule
