Showroom Manager - Leading Kitchen Supplier
Location: Burnley

The Role:
1. Manage and inspire a small team, fostering a positive and productive environment.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both in-store and over the phone.
3. Drive business growth through engagement with new and existing customers.
4. Ensure high profit margins are achieved on all sales.
5. Act as a liaison between the branch and the senior management team, ensuring smooth operations.
Skills & Experience:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proven sales and relationship-building experience, ideally in a trade, sales, or retail environment.
3. Ability to identify business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
4. Experience in kitchen sales is not required, as full training will be provided.
