We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Part Time Customer Service Manager based with our client in Dereham.
This role will be covering 3 days per week:
1. Monday - 09:30 - 17:30 - 1hr lunch
2. Thursday - 09:30 - 17:30 - 1hr lunch
3. Friday - 10:00 - 18:00 - 1hr lunch
The role involves managing a team of 11 in a call centre environment. You will oversee the team in managing customer queries and support the Operations Manager by promoting best practices and actively managing the day-to-day floor operations.
If you are an excellent communicator with a good working knowledge of call centres and customer services, can analyze data, and are a competent user of MS Office, we would love to hear from you.
