CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: We are offering a temporary Customer Service Representative role from 10th to 19th March, with a competitive rate of £15.52 per hour. You will support two major events at ExCeL London The role offers hybrid working, with a mix of in-office and remote work. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ROLE: Managing four email inboxes and responding to customer enquiries and queries while working within a team of four Actively seeking and obtaining missing information from event-registering customers Managing inbound and outbound phone calls and handling all calls in a professional and calm manner Handling customer complaints Assisting with the verification of registering customers Attending the event on-site to assist as an information point Assisting with live verification on-site at the event Working accurately and managing and updating data correctly on an internal system Working independently to complete a high volume of tasks within a set timeframe CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ESSENTIALS: Minimum 12 months of proven customer-facing experience in an office environment Must have your own laptop that can run Microsoft Office 365 A clear communicator in both written and verbal English Confident with phone calls, both outbound and inbound Must be confident in handling difficult conversations over the phone Events experience is preferred If you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
