If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to be part of a growing team, we'd love to hear from youWhat You'll Be Doing:As a Technical Operator, you'll play a key role in our client's production team, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality across a variety of manufacturing machines, including Coating Machines, Conversion Machines, and Mixing Operations. Your day-to-day will involve:• Machine Setup & Operation - Taking ownership of machine setup and ensuring smooth operation.• Problem-Solving & Efficiency - Troubleshooting issues, generating ideas to reduce waste, and improving overall efficiency.• Health & Safety First - Always working to the highest safety standards, following company policies, and looking out for the well-being of yourself and your team.• Continuous Improvement - Getting involved in projects like 5S, waste reduction, and change-over improvements to keep things running at peak performance.• Training & Development - Helping to onboard and support less experienced colleagues as they grow in the role.What We're Looking For:We're after someone with a strong technical mindset, hands-on experience, and the ability to work independently while being a great team player.
