Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Develop brand strategy, promotional campaigns & tactical plans within marketing budgets.
2. Prepare content of Integrated Brand Teams.
3. Run market research programs & market insights for responsible brand and monitor/anticipate market development.
4. Execute, monitor, and analyze the agreed tactical plans to ensure the growth of the brand(s).
5. Lead the cross-functional local/regional brand Team, including coordination of Integrated Product Strategy Plan and monitoring the execution of objectives.
6. Develop promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
7. Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses; assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost-effectiveness and results.
8. Identify area market insights and opportunities via customer interactions; execute central marketing activities as well as regionally initiated marketing activities.
9. Coordinate the omnichannel customer engagement strategy for the brand(s).
10. Monitor product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and take corrective action if required to meet business objectives.
11. Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and other regulations.
12. Within assigned territory, develop business through specific projects and services and initiatives at center/hospital/ASL/territorial outpatient clinic level.
13. Map key services to patients (patient support program) offered inside and outside of key hospital centers.
14. Monitor execution of regional/local tactics, ensuring excellence and coherence with Novartis strategy & customer needs.
15. Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, and Medical teams to maximize activities:
16. Identify specific needs for each segment of patients and the implications of the disease for each of them.
17. Report technical complaints/adverse events/special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
