Objectives of the role:
To manage and action the installation of hire Chillers, portable split units and AHU’s.
To service in the warehouse and on sites.
To attend breakdown calls.
To assist with the on-call rota.
To install other products as added to the range.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Installations
2. Breakdowns
3. Stock hire ready re standards and accuracy
4. Training staff on Chiller service and cooling related topics
5. Compliance to SOPs
6. Ensuring stock is ready for contracts that are going out for hire
7. Use of company computer system to record service and breakdown
Required Experience and Skills:
1. Essential: FGAS
2. Good electrical understanding – able to read wiring diagrams and use testing equipment to find and prove faults
3. Ability to be a self-starter and have a ‘can do attitude’
