Our office is located adjacent to the Council House in the centre of Nottingham. General Admin Duties: Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner Photocopying reports/drawings Scanning documents Arranging catering for meetings Offer refreshments to visitors where appropriate Monitor, manage and order office supplies General day-to-day maintenance of the coffee machine / ordering supplies etc Booking meeting rooms Archiving Distribute post Arrange couriers Prepare and maintain spreadsheets Office H&S (including Fire Marshall / First Aid trained) Agresso: - (PM provides information to be inputted into Agresso) Inputting Purchase Requisitions Raising new Project/Work Orders Inputting invoices onto Agresso Who were looking for: To excel in this role, you should have a proactive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. We are looking for someone with strong administrative experience who can work well both independently and as part of a team. Key skills and experience: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Agresso is an advantage, although training will be provided. A keen eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in a similar role within the consultancy or engineering and environmental sector would be an advantage. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
