The Director of Sport Operations will be a key leadership figure responsible for the overall coordination and effectiveness of Bede's sports programme across both school sites. This dynamic role encompasses strategic planning, operational management, financial oversight, and leadership to ensure the sports department achieves its ambitious goals and aligns with the school's wider vision and values.
We are renowned for our exceptional academic standards and a vibrant, enriching environment where sport plays a central role. Our world-class facilities include a twin sports hall, numerous pitches, squash courts, tennis and netball courts, a fitness studio, an indoor pool, and a floodlit water-based astroturf.
Job Location : Bede's Senior School, near Hailsham (East Sussex) with travel to the Prep School in Eastbourne.
