Salary: From £25,000
Hours : Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (between 8am and 5pm)
Working style : Hybrid and flexibility to work 15 days per year from abroad anywhere in Europe
Location : NG2 Business Park, Nottingham (must live within commutable distance)

Let’s Talk about the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our wholesale accounts, responsible for tracking the lifecycle of accounts from order entry to final delivery.
How You Will Make a Difference
As an Account Coordinator, you will:
1. Understand and manage Wholesale accounts across several markets in the EMEA region.
2. Communicate with Wholesale Accounts in their native language, providing excellent service.
3. Build strong relationships with our warehouse, planning, sales, and credit teams.
4. Ensure timely Orderbook conversion in-line with customer expectations.
5. Interpret daily reports as needed by the business.
6. Follow the end-to-end order to shipment process, liaising with our DC for timely shipping.
Skills for Success

1. Fluency in French and English with strong communication skills.
2. Computer literacy with strong Excel skills.
3. Analytical skills with a flair for problem-solving.
4. Strong customer service skills.
