They are an agile growing integrated creative agency, who work with household name brands in a breadth of B2B and B2C sectors including tech, sustainability, retail, food, sports and luxury/premium. The new Studio Manager will be joining a collaborative team of specialist and a growing agency that has further growth planned for 2025 and beyond. About the Studio Manager role The Studio Manager will oversee the operations of the creative design studio team. This is a pivotal role, balancing people management, workflow coordination, and resource planning to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget. Key Responsibilities for the Studio Manager: Organise the workflow of the team, overseeing a team of designers and creatives. Oversee day to day operations of the studio, including resource allocation and troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. Manage relationships with external suppliers and freelancers. Proactively spot potential bottlenecks, managing resource. Identify and implement systems and tools to improve efficiency and project delivery. About you, the Studio Manager You’ll have proven experience in a Studio Manager role, overseeing designers in a creative agency environment.
