This 3.2-gigawatt nuclear power station will play a crucial role in supplying low-carbon electricity to around 6 million homes, ensuring a sustainable, clean energy future for decades to come. As a Digital Engineer Technician, you’ll be at the heart of this innovative project, contributing to the Digital Strategy and Digital Execution Plan. You’ll help us embed digital processes, culture, and technology through the design, construction, and handover phases, ensuring seamless delivery across all stages.
What You’ll Do:
Contribute to delivering the Project Information Model and Employer’s Information Requirements.
Implement digital processes and technology to support efficient project delivery.
Collaborate with the project team to manage graphical and non-graphical information, solving challenges and ensuring successful integration across multiple systems.
Help resolve potential conflicts through effective use of BIM and 4D modelling.
Be part of a high-performing team where your contributions will make a direct impact on the success of the project.
Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Bentley, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360) and 4D Modelling (e.g., Synchro Software).
Strong knowledge of digital project delivery standards and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and building effective relationships.
Previous experience in digital engineering, construction, or a similar role would be advantageous.
