NET Recruit are partnering with a highly successful business to assist them on their search for a Corporate Finance Executive in the North Hampshire area. Your Role While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to: Maintaining a commercial awareness of the market, including trends and conditions, as well as business environments Researching and analysing the industry, company and any relevant financial information to identify prospects Providing support on business development activities by preparing proposals to potential clients, which may include conducting research into comparable transactions, market valuation metrics and potential acquirers Developing client marketing materials, including business plans, IMs and presentations Undertaking detailed financial analysis, including balance sheet, cash flow, P&L, completion fund flows and normalised work capital, of client businesses Preparing financial models to include operating models such as cashflow, P&L and balance sheet and also returns models for private equity/growth capital structures Conducting valuation analyses and comparable quoted company analyses, comparable transactions, revenue, EBITDA multiples and DCF valuation techniques Providing compelling and concise information to distribute to potential buyers for client businesses Maintaining accurate Virtual Data Rooms and additional information in response to questions and answers from buyers or investors You MUST Have Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria: A chartered accountant and/or other CF/CFA qualification A relevant financial degree Substantial experience gained within a practice environment, ideally 'Big 4' or a leading firm Ideally, corporate finance exposure, particularly in areas of mergers and acquisitions and transactions, within a financial services/transaction services environment Experience within a professional advisory or assurance role is sought A problem solving and detail-orientated mindset, with excellent organisational and analytical skills Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel modelling Fantastic communication skills, particularly in handling varying stakeholders Your Opportunity This is a highly successful business, operating within the financial and business services sector, providing expert consultancy services to their clients through transactions and acquisitions.
