The recipe Your mission in this role will be to ensure our food safety systems are not just implemented but are actively thriving, all while upholding industry-leading standards and satisfying customer expectations. You'll be instrumental in supporting plant teams as they launch food safety initiatives. Moreover, your knowledge will be vital in mentoring and guiding both internal teams and external partners on every aspect of food safety. Key responsibilities include: Developing, implementing, and maintaining the food safety management system. Conducting regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of food safety. Providing training and support to staff regarding food safety practices and protocols. Maintaining documentation for food safety processes and procedures. Requirements Key Skills Level 4 HACCP trained and proven experience in food safety management within the food manufacturing sector Level 3 Food Safety trained Technical and quality background Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
