Job Description
* Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties.
* Act as the main point of contact for property owners and residents.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant property regulations and legislations.
* Coordinate property maintenance and repairs in a timely manner.
* Manage and resolve any property-related disputes or complaints.
* Regularly report on property performance and financials.
* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are maintained.
* Manage property budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Block Property Manager should have:
* A strong understanding of property management.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with property owners, residents, and other stakeholders.
* The ability to manage and resolve disputes in a professional manner.
* A keen eye for detail to ensure all properties are maintained to a high standard.
* The capability to manage budgets and deliver cost efficiency.
