Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Are you a skilled and experienced Plumber looking for a new opportunity to showcase your expertise? If you're ready for a challenging and rewarding role, we have an exciting position for you! Our client is one of the leading specialist contractors within the Facilities Management sector in the UK.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Plumber to join their team and play a pivotal role in maintaining and servicing a World Heritage Commercial site set right in the centre of the historic city of York. This unique building would be a great opportunity for a plumber to showcase all of their skills and acquired experience, due to the complexities and 'quirks' that you can find everywhere in this building.
Benefits:
* £30,000-£35,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to and completing PPMs and reactive maintenance.
* Using your own initiative to evaluate performance and ensure that equipment is serviced and maintained
* Comply with health and safety policies/legislation
* Providing a good level of customer service to peers and contract holders
Qualifications and Experience:
* Recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification that ensures the successful candidate is fully competent and understands the works involved in the job role
* Must hold a City & Guilds qualification or equivalent
* Experience working within FM or the building maintenance industry
* Ability to work independently and unsupervised
