Salary £67,435 per annum

About You
We are really excited to be advertising this role! As our new Head of ICT you will be responsible for the delivery of our ICT services ensuring that they are delivered in a way that supports colleagues to provide excellent services. You will be joining us at an exciting time, our current ICT strategy is coming to an end and you will play an integral part in designing and delivery our strategy for the next 3-5 years.
You will develop excellent working relationships and work as part of our strategic leadership team.
You are an excellent communicator with strong influencing skills and supportive capabilities. You’re someone who writes and presents well to a range of audiences, tailoring your approach as required.
You will have an in-depth understanding of all relevant ICT solutions, legislation and best practice and will be able to translate this into strategies and action plans which enhance the great services we already offer.
You are someone that takes real pride in the success of your team and are able to lead and coach where necessary.
