Job Description This is a fulltime, permanent position working Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00. The successful candidate will report to the Sample Reception Manager and Account Manager. This role covers administration with basic finance tasks within a busy state of the art laboratory environment. Look after front reception- greet customers, liaise with departments, filing. Deal with customer queries. Deal with telephone and email queries (internally and externally). This will include daily monitoring of accounts payable and info email accounts. Set up/review new customer records. Co-ordinating emails in the shared mailbox. High volume data input onto database. Raise purchase orders online (e.g. Coupa) Scan posted receipts and remittances and forward to financial team offsite. Raise manual credit notes and invoices. Support the Commercial team. Co-ordinate with accounts regarding supplier & customer invoices. Invoice reviews. Assist with admin duties of new tenders/projects. Other ad hoc duties as per business needs.
