Job Description
The interim HR Manager role is responsible for:
* Managing and overseeing the HR department's daily operations as a stand alone HR Manager.
* Implementing and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
* Overseeing recruitment and selection processes.
* Handling employee relations and resolving any issues that arise.
* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
* Providing guidance and advice to management on HR matters.
* Coordinating employee training and development initiatives.
* Monitoring and managing performance appraisal systems.
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Manager should have/be:
* Proven HR experience in a similar role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
* Excellent knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
* Good administration skills
* A hands-on, can-do approach.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
