Customer Account Manager - Health & Safety Services
Location: Home Based
Salary: £30,000 plus commission (Year 1 OTE: £40,000)
Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Customer Account Manager for a market-leading business that provides vital information to organizations regarding Health & Safety.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer needs related to training, legal register support, user functionality, and issue resolution.
2. Conduct up to 8 training sessions per week with clients, providing assistance and advice as necessary.
3. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities that can benefit from the information provided.
This role is home-based, and all training sessions and client communications will be conducted via Teams.
