Job Purpose & Summary
To supervise staff, volunteers, and students in the locality, ensuring that the service is delivered in line with contractual requirements and service specifications. The Senior Recovery Worker is responsible for promoting an inspirational recovery-oriented workforce, who can deliver outcome-focused, evidence-based practice. To support the Centre Manager, the Senior Recovery Worker will provide day-to-day operational management and use initiative to make decisions, nurturing an effective team within an embedded learning culture.

What you need
* To hold, or be willing to work towards, Level 3 in Team Leader/Supervisory Skills
* At least 2 years experience working with substance misuse
* Ability to drive and access to a car
* Excellent communication, time management, and administrative skills
* A willingness to learn and work with a variety of people
* Clear understanding of, and a commitment to, safeguarding best practice
* Commitment to multi-agency working and ability to work in partnership with other agencies within the treatment system to achieve good outcomes for clients
