Rate: £14 - £16 ph Location: Llandeilo Mon to Fri 4 hours a day (20 Hours A well-established company, specialising in supporting companies with engineering projects and maintenance requirements, urgently requires an experienced administrator. Whilst the role is based in the clients office in Llandeilo, there is flexibility to allow for some working from home. The Role: To give administrative support to the Director and provide accurate and timely processing of financial transactions to support the company’s financial integrity and compliance. Duties: • Support with travel management and general office administration (including IT, HR and facilities administration) • Ensure an excellent level of service to internal and external customers. • Attending to incoming calls and answering emails • All candidates must have relevant clerical experience that highlight a methodical and well organised nature together with excellent interpersonal skills. • Pay invoices • Oversee pay roll, handle timesheets and deal with queries. • Construct and use spreadsheets using Excel Requirements: • AAT Level or equivalent qualification in finance or accounting is ideal. • At least 2 years’ accounts experience required. • Experience of using Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. • Able to create and work from spreadsheets. • Accurate and strong administration skills. • Reliable, dependable, and trustworthy • Clear and confident communication skills both internally and externally • The ability to deal with customers queries in professional manner. • Flexible nature. • Own Transport To Apply For further information on this role please telephone our team at Totec in the strictest confidence or send your CV directly to Totec today
