In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information
* Process customer requests
* Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system
* Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
* Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
* Generate reports on customer service metrics and activities
* Identify and support with complex customer requests
* Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
The Person
* Experience in customer service or administrative role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
* Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and empathetic approach
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Adaptability to changing customer needs and company procedures
