What You’ll Be Doing As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead the execution of BI strategy, focusing on digital advertising, first-party data and more. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across commercial sales and advertising teams, providing them with actionable insights to drive key business decisions. Your role will ensure that all advertising analytics are aligned with broader organizational goals, enhancing performance across the board. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing reporting pipelines, leveraging data from systems such as Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of insights delivered. As a team leader, you will oversee a small team of analysts, providing leadership and mentoring to help them thrive in a dynamic environment. What experience you’ll need to apply: Proven experience in a BI Manager or similar lead role, with hands-on expertise Strong background in a marketing, digital advertising, commercial sales, or publishing (or similar) environment Experience with SQL, ETL processes, and data modelling Proficiency with Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and advertising media buying channels (e.g., real-time bidding, programmatic direct) Experience in BigQuery, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) Line management experience, or mentoring and coaching experience Experience with data warehousing technologies like Snowflake or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus Knowledge of on-platform advertising, affiliate marketing, and digital media is highly desirable You’ll be required to do three days in the office and can work remotely two days a week, but would need to be within a commutable distance from Bath What you’ll get in return This role would be looking at a salary of up to £65,000, depending on experience.
