This role will lead the design and implementation of special projects that will reshape how we deliver our services. Having a passion for customer service is key when reviewing how we work, opening the opportunity for us to create a different type of relationship with our customers.
Leading a small team, you will have responsibility for learning more about our customers and our homes, collecting a range of person and property data and providing new insights into how we might need to change our future service model. You will be confident in analysing data, evaluating trends and delivering outcomes.
Bringing with you your experience in creating and managing end-to-end projects, holding budgets and delivering your outcomes and measures of success to a multi-stakeholder environment within a customer focussed business.
