Anderson Knight are working with a reputable client who are seeking a skilled professional to manage workforce planning, onboarding, and staffing coordination to support daily operations. This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced agency recruiter who is looking for a chance to move in house and add value to our clients organisation. The position will be based onsite and operate between the hours of 7:30 - 15:30, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate staffing levels across multiple shifts to meet daily production needs. Ensure smooth onboarding of new agency staff, preparing them for an efficient start. Maintain daily staffing records, tracking attendance and hours for both in-house and agency staff. Verify weekly hours before payroll submission, resolving discrepancies as needed. Conduct return-to-work interviews and support staff with work-related concerns. Maintain agency staff numbers within agreed KPI targets for operational efficiency. Oversee the temp-to-perm hiring process, ensuring recruitment, onboarding, and training align with company standards. Collaborate with production management to manage holiday schedules and workforce planning. Address payroll-related concerns and escalate where necessary. Manage inductions for new hires, ensuring compliance with company expectations. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in staffing coordination, workforce planning, or recruitment within a high-volume environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and respond to changing workforce demands. Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with payroll processes and compliance requirements is a plus
