What is the role like?
As a Care & Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents are supported in all aspects of their daily lives. Working as part of a team, you will provide our residents with the highest standard of care and safeguard them from harm.

This is a fixed-term role.
Situated in Banbridge, Spelga Mews is a specialist dementia care and support facility that offers round-the-clock care for our residents. The team at Spelga Mews focuses on enabling residents to live happy and fulfilled lives within the local community.
What do you need to apply?
* Ability to read, write and communicate in English, as evidenced by a relevant qualification or experience in an education or work environment.
* Basic numeracy skills, as evidenced by relevant qualification or use of numeracy in an education or work environment.
* Experience of working as part of a team.
* Willingness to undertake training for the role.
* Willingness to register with NISCC (Northern Ireland Social Care Council) as a requirement of the role.
The shift patterns will be 8:00pm to 8:00am (12 hours).
