Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join a well-known entertainment provider as an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, to manage the CRM, website and customer loyalty.
Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will have full autonomy across the CRM system, working closely with agencies and managing relationships.
This role is required in the office 4 days a week in London.
Responsibilities
* Drive the strategy of the brand's email and push communications, incorporating overall marketing plans.
* Create email campaigns to deliver email effectiveness in line with the digital KPIs and manage the email campaign calendar
* Ownership of CRM journey and its funnels such as lifecycle comms, winback and loyalty programme
* Identify opportunities to redefine metrics and automated dashboards to bring transparency to the performance of all digital comms; from newsletters, paid emails, operational emails, social posts and paid social
* Deliver best-in-class content management across the website and app in line with key commercial priorities
* Support the Digital Marketing Manager with improvements to the customer journey based on analytics and customer insights
* Collaborate with digital and brand marketing managers to create market leading loyalty campaigns that contribute to the program's strategic initiatives
Skills & Experience
* Strong CRM experience from a B2C background, the entertainments industry would be a bonus
* Strong experience with website management and improving the customer journey
* Good at managing relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders
