Compensation
* $50,000–$70,000 depending on experience and ability to hit the ground running
What You’ll Be Doing
* Processing weekly payroll for several thousand employees
* Managing payroll liabilities, adjustments, and union dues
* Administering multi-state and union-compliant payroll practices
* Generating reports, W-2s, and compliance data for audits and agencies
* Responding to payroll inquiries and supporting employment verifications
* Assisting with new hire onboarding/reporting from a payroll perspective
* Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of all payroll records
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* At least 2 years experience handling high-volume, multi-state payroll operations
* Exposure to union payroll practices and associated reporting
* Familiarity with Paylocity or similar HRIS/payroll platforms
* Strong Excel skills and comfort navigating payroll data
