Operations Administrator

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic administrator to join this busy and upbeat company based in York.

2. Exceptional organisational skills to manage complex schedules and multiple tasks.
3. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
4. A tenacious, resilient attitude with a passion for delivering top-notch service.
5. Experience in logistics and supplier liaison.
The Operations Administrator will be:
1. Coordinating accommodation, activities and schedules.
2. Ensuring all travel components align with itineraries, handling last-minute changes swiftly and efficiently.
3. Preparing essential documents (passenger lists, itineraries, etc.)
4. Collaborating with Tour Guides, matching them with tours based on expertise and experience.
5. Providing vital communication and support to ensure Tour Guides have everything they need.
